Established in 1989, Gekkeikan Sake (USA), Inc. brings centuries of Japanese brewing tradition to California. Our Folsom facility crafts award-winning sake using time-honored methods and the region’s high-quality water. Tasting Room offers a casual and relaxing environment for customers to taste sake at their own pace, with no structured or guided tasting session. You are of course welcome to ask questions to our knowledgeable staff. We also have a small Japanese garden open to visitors during Tasting Room hours. Purchases available Monday through Saturday. Tasting Room open Fridays and Saturdays only. Tours of the production facility are not offered.
